A turkey is a kind of bird. It is a large bird that originated from North and Central America. It is best known for being served during Thanksgiving. Turkeys are widely hunted during the Thanksgiving month. This led to the domestication of the animal in order to increase their number. This means that the turkeys are kept in a farm to help them mate and produce eggs to hatch as young turkeys.
